Hello Earth Cubs, I’m Polly Pufferfish!

Welcome to my Ocean home.

I may look small but I have a BIG surprise.

I puff up my tummy and it makes me 3 TIMES BIGGER!

Even though I live in the sea - I am not great at swimming.

And I need to protect myself from lots of ocean predators who want to eat me!

So I GULP lots of water and turn myself into BIG a scary spiky ball!

I only have 4 teeth.

They are stuck together and it looks like I have a beak.

I use my awesome tooth beak to open up my favourite foods.

I love chowing down on mussels, clams and shellfish. YUM!

I have AMAZING eyesight and can move my eyes in different directions!

It means I can spot predators and blow myself up in time!

I may look pretty - YEAH PRETTY DANGEROUS!

My spikes are poisonous and have enough toxin to kill 30 humans!

I love living in warm tropical ocean waters.

But my home is at risk.

There is LOTS of pollution, especially plastic pollution.

You can help me by reducing, reusing and recycling your plastic!
