You will need

  • Black, white and blue paint
  • Bubblewrap
  • Paper
  • Cotton wool
  • Eco foil
  • Blue eco glitter
  • Arctic photos
  • Scissors

Experiment with the materials, rip foil, add glitter, cotton wool.
