Book a free assembly with a renewable energy expert!

We're very excited to be working with our wonderful partner National Grid on their volunteering programme. 

Not only have we created some AMAZING resources covering renewable energy and green jobs of the future, which you can see here... but National Grid are offering their employees the chance to run free assemblies and classroom sessions in primary schools.

Depending on availability, these presentations will either be run face to face or virtually.

There is no charge for the assembly and the 20-30 minute session will cover:

• Introducing children to National Grid and how they are working with Earth Cubs to help children learn about renewable energy
• The volunteer's role at National Grid
• All supported with an exciting assembly presentation and videos about renewable energy, and what you can do! The National Grid volunteer can also head into a Year 6 classroom for up to 30 minutes to discuss their career and green career skills in more detail.
