Fun Obstacle Course

Children love getting physical, exploring their limits and moving around! Obstacle courses are great fun and so easy to create!

Pick up any outdoor toys you have or use the natural environment. It’s inexpensive, and great for all ages. Obstacle courses are great for encouraging physical play!

1. Gather outdoor toys e.g. a skipping rope, and a football.
2. Ask your child to organise an obstacle course.
3. Can you think of fun challenges?
4. Score a goal, roll down the grass hill and then skip to 20!
